For Palestinian Ribal, photography actually started by chance because of the 3D max software that he used to produce architectural 3D models. The program’s virtual camera inspired him to use a real camera, to interpret and document his new environment. The love for architecture is still clearly visible, in these quite Dutchie but also sometimes alienating images. Ribal also does portraits and micro / macro photography. His work is spreading rapidly, through exhibitions in the north of the country, in newspapers and on the internet.
